Ordering & Process
How do I start the design process?
It’s easy! You can either upload your own artwork or collaborate with our in-house design team. We offer free design mockups so you can see exactly how your logo will look before you commit.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ starts at 50 pairs per design and size however we suggest working off 100 pairs for best value. This ensures we can maintain high-quality production standards and offer competitive pricing.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?
Yes. We can provide a physical sample of a previous design so you can feel the quality of our materials. For a custom-branded prototype of your specific design, a small sampling fee and extra time may apply.
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard production takes around 3 weeks (21 days) after your design is approved. Need it sooner? Our Express Production service delivers in less time and is available on request.
Shipping times (after dispatch) vary by location:
- Australia: 4–6 business days (Express options available).
- USA / UK / Europe: 1–5 business days.
Design & Customization
What types of socks can I customize?
We specialize in a wide range of styles to suit every need:
- Athletic: High-performance, moisture-wicking gear.
- Dress: Premium Bamboo or Combed Cotton for the office.
- Workwear: Heavy-duty, cushioned socks for boots.
- Specialty: Cycling socks and custom grip socks for studios.
How many colors can I use in my design?
For our knitted (jacquard) socks, you can typically use up to 6 colors per pair. We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to ensure your brand colors are replicated perfectly.
Where can I place my logo?
The most popular spots are the upper calf (outside or both sides), across the toes, or even the bottom of the foot. We recommend avoiding the heel for complex logos as it can distort the image and, also this is a great area to focus on a creative, fashionable, fun design.
Materials & Quality
What materials do you use?
We select materials based on your needs. Common options include:
- Organic Cotton: Soft and durable for everyday use.
- Bamboo: Eco-friendly, breathable, and silky-smooth.
- Merino Wool: Premium insulation for workwear or hiking.
- Recycled Nylon/Spandex Blends: For stretch and shape retention.
Will the design fade or peel off?
No! Unlike printed socks, our designs are knitted directly into the fabric. This means your logo is part of the sock’s structure and will never peel, crack, or fade, even after dozens of washes.
Shipping & Logistics
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. While we are based in Australia, we ship daily to the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Europe.
Are there any hidden fees?
Transparency is our priority. Your quote will include all setup fees, design assistance, and standard packaging. Any optional extras (like custom header cards) will be clearly outlined upfront.
